Futures Volatility

I'm looking for a list of the highest volatility futures contracts - especially for US eastern time of 14:00 to 16:15.

It seems most contracts open with good volatility but then tail off.

Help appreciated.

1) The same contracts that trade during the earlier part of the day.....energies, currencies, metals and stock indices. You can't be too picky with a limited "window" of trading opportunity.
2) If you're really decisive and confident, you could trade the last 15 minutes of the grains from 1pm to 1:15pm (Chicago Time). :eek:
