Futures trading office

Are there any firms with offices in nyc that cater soley to futures traders, allowing them to trade on site (not prop necessarily)?

Very few, if any, but I will rent office space midtown if you find a non prop deal with just a desk.

What are the advantages as opposed to doing it from your house?

You have to shower, comb your hair, put on nice clothes and perhaps even interact with people on the way to your "office"!

It is nice to trade in sweat pants from the home office on a cold day a few times a month.
