The futures may fall during his actual speech... but they rose strongly up during intra day trade today in a pre-speech rally like they usually do before he gives any kind of talk...
it was and is quite profitable to play it that way...
although now you may be right buy the pre-speech sell the speech...

He will again re-assure our depressed, faked out, panic ridden light weight citizens tonight.
The market is full of these wait and see traders for the light volume today and they may get a get a jolt or maybe not. I donot have much hopes for them they might as well sell it all and go home and shave.
Well of course bush does suck. But where's the impetus? There's no news in the speech. His show has already been digested by the market.
