You are correct. At the moment the TP and SL will not cancel the time order automatically.
However, I am working with Rithmic on this and will update whenever it is possible.
What you are requesting is a good functionality.

R/Trader has all the functionality I require EXCEPT the "Flatten at time" function which Ninja has.
I intend to trade with Topsteptrader & MES. Both use R/Trader, so if Rithmic can incorporate the same Flatten at time function into R/Trader I would be wrapped.
