Futures/Options position transfers?

Hi,

I have some long option positions in my IB account, and some short option positions in my Vision account. These cancel out perfectly... except I have margin on both!

How easy is it to transfer these positions between accounts? I'll ask my brokers too obviously, just thought I'd get quicker answers (and perhaps creative solutions) here?

Also, I've been told it's not legal to "cross" these trades via Globex... sell from IB and hit the offer from Vision?
 
Done all the time with futures, referred to as a give up. should not be a problem. Doing it yourself is probably illegal, no net benefit from the trade. Saw where one firm was recently caught doing something similiar.
