Futures Options Platform

I trade on the X-Trader platform and am interested in starting options as well. X-trader is options tradable but without the greeks. How important are they to successful options trading? Is it worth going for a platform that is more option specific?

This is not the question. The question is how important are they for you?

If you don't know how answer this question maybe you are not ready to trade with options.

I find size and volume columns more useful than the greek columns, so if I am trading on a small screen with limited space for columns, the first thing I do is remove the greek columns.

It is not worth going for a platform that is more option specific if its optionsXpress. It is unreliable, has high commisions, and bad service.

Thanks for the reply, and you are right, I am not ready to trade options (live that is ). But I have to start somewhere and would like to get the right tools from the beginning, hence the question.
