On repeated requests, I received an email reply from mike @futures.io on 10/27.
He presented two excuses for why he cannot resolve the problem:
1) he is busy taking care of his pet
2) the banning was done by his moderator, not him
After that, he disappeared.
Final conclusion:
mike is a scammer.
He does not care and will continue gouging money through futures.io.
Traders, stay away from furures.io.

I'm dealing with an emergency situation with my pet so please bite your tongue regarding how I've somehow defrauded you. That is why I've not responded.
I didn't ban you, a moderator did. I'll ask why when I'm able.
Mike

I asked for an explanation of the 'ban' and you have not replied.
In the beginning, I was sure it was an error.
I called your number in Panama and was greeted by the answering machine.
If I do not hear from you, I have to conclude you are a scammer and you'll pay the due price.

Hi Mike,
I managed to locate your old email and I am repeating what I appealed earlier.
I do not know what has happened, please help.
I might have put emails from futures.io into spam after receiving some emails.

It's been a while since I logged in last time and I had to reset my password to be able to login again.
After I login, I was greeted with a shocking message that I was 'banned' due to a 'fraud'.
I am a beginner in the futures and I joined futures.io to learn the basics.
I simply have no skill set to be able to fraud anything from anyone.
Please provide me with the details of when and how I 'frauded'.
Thanks,
Jae
