futures hours for 10y and 30y

I use market profile for some of my trading especially the nq and es and I was wondering what would be the appropriate trading hours to look at for the 10y and 30y?

as an example I know the es is a 24hr market as well as the 10y and 30y but I only look at the market profile from 930-4pm where the most volume is for the es. I am wondering what hours are the main hours for the 10y and 30y, to me it seems like 8am-230pm but sometimes large volume comes in until 4pm.

Use the hours of the trading pit for consistency. :cool:

As far as I know, it's 7:20 AM - 2PM Chicago, or 1:20PM - 8PM GMT, for the pit. Electronic is, basically, 24hrs (5:30PM - 4PM Chicago).
