Futures getting killed despite full point Rate Cut

If the goal is to provide liquidity they do have a choice.
That choice is do like Germany and pay banks to take money and loan it out.
By having their meeting early (surprise) and a "bigger than expected rate cut", they hoped to shock the markets. Didn't work apparently.
Should of stuck with Forex people. Make a killing right now.
I'm curious how are you all going to trade it? I'm long small size inverses TVIX SQQQ etc and oil/gold UWT NUGT.
main strategy will be day & swing trading UVXY VXX SQQQ TVIX SOXS and bounces in oil and gold
We'll likely get more 15minute halts which is a pain. I predict at least one even bigger halt/crash.... I'm a happy bear, but concerned for all re this virus
