Futures Day Trading

hey scalper,

excuse my ignorance, but you said leasing a membership from CME will lower the cost? How does this work? Is this only applicable for pro traders?

For a retail trader that trades thru Interactive brokers, I'm guessing this is not applicable?

thanks!

Index Products N/A round turn($0.92) clearing fee($0.21) globex fee($0.25) globex fee cap per day($50.00)

E-mini Equity Index Products N/A round turn($2.28) clearing fee($0.39) globex fee($0.75)

Tell me what your average volume is per day. It is important to calculate per day because for members the globex fee of .25 a side is capped at $50 a day. After you hit $50 you only pay the clearing fee of .21 and your commissions from clearing firm.
