Futures Challenge Sub 2k account to 20k and then quit job?

Day 10: Well..... My platform Trading Technologies stopped working in the morning.
Technically placed limit orders and did not hear/see a reject/approval order. Thus I tried multiple times and still nothing... then 5 mins later I placed an entry and got filled...then 1 min later, I got filled randomly on other without even placing an order. Being sketched out on how much size I had, I immediately liquidated everything. Thus scratched for the day although I was up without TT issue.... Pretty frustrating.
They've also raised the credit limit so I can't even trade 1 MES contract right now......

I then went on my IB account to place a late order on ES and still managed to be green.
Had TT been running correctly , would have had a massive day.

DO NOT CLOSE ANY POSITIONS THAT YOU THINK IS IN ERROR.

TT has confirmed - they published incorrect positions in the platform.

If you close an incorrect open position > it will OPEN a REAL open position.


TT is preparing a list of all accounts affected. We will update you once confirmed.
 
looked at my statement this morning and instead of being at scratch , im negative 400 due to yesterday's bullshit. Seriously pissed off. I'm contacting the owner of AMP

What's funny is that I was
1. At work 3 hours prior to getting filled here.
2. I had no pending limit orders, I wasn't even able to buy 1 microlot when I left for work due to margins being raised
3. My auto liquidate is set to 30% and it exceeded that
4. ES did not tank 15 points in a span of 4 seconds

I haven't been able to trade all week due to AMP waiting for internal write up from Trading Technologies. Thus waiting patiently to get this sorted out...will update when I can.
 
Got a lame update....AMP has restored CME trading but basically saying that I have to eat the loss especially if I start trading again...

I looked at my fills and noticed that the erroneous trade was caused actually by my broker.
Whether they own up to their mistakes and fix the balance is another story

Eitherways I am back to trading. My account balance is super super low now due to the issue last week...it's messing me up with my psyche a little. If my account went to 0 to my own actions, that's fine but if one thing was caused by truly something out of my own control....it def
irks the mind.

This morning I am still multitasking- trying to call TT, writing emails to AMP, etc to get this resolved. Not fully concentrated on the market as i should be

Just when I thought I would finally get back to trading, my internet goes down....and my landlord installed a new internet...I will be fully back tomorrow.

I can only control things within my control....and platform and internet is not something I can..
