Futures account is rejected by FCM (Futures Commission Merchants)

Hello,

My new account application is rejected by one FCM due to compliance issue. To be honest, this issue is fully because of my mistake. I am sure I won't make the same mistake again.

Can anyone who has experience kindly let me know if my new account application through other FCMs is impacted?
 
Depends on the reason. The website is anonymous, care to post why?

I have to say during the time, my mind was a mess, and still feel very regret about the mistake.
