Future Brokers with Italian Support (Desk)

Hello,

Do you know if there is a future brokers operating desk that has a person that speaks italian?
Low margins, low rates of course :)

Interactive Brokers has this possibility, but is almost impossible to talk with them in less than 10 minutes every time you try to call....
 
If you do more than $200 a week in commission then ask IB for key account services. They answer the phone quicker if you have this.
