Better than the toilet paper in the public toilet of my dad's office building when I was a kid. It was intentionally terrible to discourage the public from returning, think single ply greaseproof paper.
Sounds ideal for a powder room for guests.
This does make me wonder what happens in some people's toilets.. 141 rolls a year per person??

Even before we got the Japanese toilets I'd use a roll every 10 days if even that.

Even so, spreading the butt cheeks and keeping the muscle contractions to the minimum / just one final pinch helps..
I reckon some use it adaptively and others a dullard's standard amount of x meters every time. Probably conservatives, of course. They even shite wrong.
Tends to come out orally for them, which would explain the quantity of paper involved.
So, you can actually be funny. This was a good one. Perhaps went a bit far but would still play well in most standup comedy clubs.
