But none of it is doing what it was intended to do, be used to loan out for Small businesses etc.

TARP money should have never been handed out and GS etc.. should have never been allowed to become psuedobanks.

Agreed! The banks are "earning" their present profits in the markets...with the money that is taken from the citizens at gun point.

GS is still using their OLD investment bank way of measuring risk. The gov't gave them until December of this year to keep using it. Other banks have a "more stringent" risk policy. That is disgusting and shameless!
