fundamentals based on a particular day for backtesting

Which site can provide fundamentals based on a particular day.

I mean something like "days ago".

MSN screener have some fundamentals like EPS etc 3, 6 ,.. months ago.

But I cannot find how ROI, ROIC etc looked few months back.

Any website with this feature will be helpful for backtesting strategies based on fundamentals.
