Fundamental/Technical Stocks Portfolio Screener/Backtester

Can someone please recommend a reasonably priced tool that can:

1) Screen stocks by fundamental (eps, p/e, cash flow etc.) and technical (moving average, MACD, volume occilator etc.)

2) Backtest passing stocks in a portfolio using predefined entry and exit signals

For example, I've heard that TradeStation can do 1 but not 2.
Also, apparently Wealth-Lab Developer can do 2 but not the fundamental part of 1.
I've tried VectorVest but their stock balance sheet fundamental data is very limited.

Portfolio 123 is a great tool,and reasonably priced

Try Zacks. Their software can generate and backtest models on both fundamentals and technicals. I've used it for a few years and if you know what you're doing, you can pull alot out of it.

i have both Zacks and P123....
