IBD and Daily Charts has, IMO, the most intelligent and basic information that is available. Even the big guys use their groupings and sectors.

If you are the least bit interested in fundamentals of the stock market, you need to study and read O'Neill's books

Value Line's database product is a good starting point for quantitative research. I use a lot of their data in the DCF models I run. However, their qualitative analysis is, imo, less useful.
