Fundamental Analysis of a Commodity

If you had to pick one commodity to trade based solely on fundamental analysis (no technical or purely quantitative analysis), which commodity lends itself most to this approach?
 
Its been said before but trading on the commodities market on a FA basis puts you head to head with real experts. I don't mean they're just good traders, I mean big players who are actually carrying out production, processing, transport, storage and supply. These are effectively insider traders - if they're doing these things, they can't help but know more about the commodity than is in the public domain.
