FINALLY we hit my 1369.5 price target...
Hmmm... Not short yet. Momentum is higher than expected and the market is internally supportive.
Should be able to get a better price at one of the higher target levels like 1374.5 by tomorrow morning.
It is after all OPEX week...

My exact calculated target for the week without rounding... By my math I figured the alogo's would start to distribute at 1369.87 SPX. They hit at 1369.91...
Maybe they overshot it by a few cents just because of a calculation delay. Odd...
Hmmm... Going to be patient. No need to rush this short.
Next target level calculated out at 1375.51... That puts us at new highs... Bears are gonna capitulate fast and well top out for sure for a bit if that happens...
The current cycle count really aligns upon tomorrow as the higher odds of topping.
But, the problem with us hitting over 1374.81 is it reconfirms the weekly uptrend... *Shrug, only matters to people that are swinging for 3-5 weeks + though...*

Anyone curious exactly why I changed this weeks rally target on 7/12 from 1355 to 1369 on 7/13?
Why does ET even allow these 'virtual account journals'?? I understand you want to make predictions, but until you have skin in the game no need to keep a public 'journal'
Because I keep my real positions secret as they might move the market if anyone knew them.
If your trading a small stock and holding a position long when it's barely moving in your favor... If someone knows your position and how much your holding...
They might consider it worthwhile to push the stock against your position to try to take your out.
This game is a lot like poker.
Read the book "Pit Bull"... That guy because of his influence accidentally moved the entire oil market 20% by something he said to the biggest commodities traders in the country.
In my early days I have "accidentally" shifted small stocks around and changed their trends with large orders.
Large players in the market revealing their positions should actually kind of be illegal because it shifts the market momentum in their favor depending upon their level of influence.
If your trading a small stock and holding a position long when it's barely moving in your favor... If someone knows your position and how much your holding...
