Does anyone here successfully use full stoch in their trading? Either as an entry or a filter for entries based on other things? Do you mostly use it to spot divergence or do you trade the actual crossover signals?

I am currious to learn more about practical uses of this indicator. Any feedback is welcomed.
 
I think it works somewhat on a longer time frame, like a 60 minute, daily, or weekly chart. Stephen Bigalow uses it in conjunction with candlesticks.

I have tried using it with candles and 5 minute charts and found it unimpressive.
