Just so no one else gets caught with IB, as they really have some weird procedures
I downgraded the items with green boxes around them to tidy up my permissions, and the downgrade then locked me out from selecting index options for Italy - wtf!!!
And when I contact them, they tell me they have an "internal review procedure" that takes up to 48 hours, and that was over 2 days ago.
Oh yeh, they also flagged it as urgent for me, as I requested!!!!!
They would be better off sorting out things like this than wasting money on stupid adds with yuppies fishing and talking about investing in hedge funds - who the fuk employs these people
I should have known better - anything to do with IB, make sure you do it plenty in advance, as they have some real silly ways of operating, for a "professional financial organization" - more of the advertising shite - practice what you preach
