I really apreciate everyones interest in this thread.... with all the advice I am getting, I know I will figure this out.... I am going to sim trade for at least ALL of this upcomming week, If i'm happy with my P/L for the week I may go back to live the following week but only if I feel I have an edge. Until then no more real trading. You all are right, until then I'm doing nothing but giving my money away. I feel kinda dumb now that I look at it.... what was I thinking trying out experimental methods that probally have NO edge using my REAL money.. when I could determine if it was truly a tradeable system by trading in sim mode first....

that is the kind of stuff i arrived at the hard way......he said "years of observation".......get it?.........great stuff and much thanks for it.......porgie most say if he is great trader does he need to seminar?........systems developers are usually not good traders........too much stuff in the noodle.........too much good stuff............they never quit looking for something better, usually......i just now got over that ......i hope
 
WEll only received 3 signals here thus far today.......

ALL simmed results:

Signal #1 I only made +4 pts.. got jumpy
-Should have made 11 pts on this trade had the system been followed through correctly

Signal #2 Made +5 pts, this was basically the most I would have gotton out of this one, had I not gotton jumpy here and got out, I would have lost -5 pts from being stoped out.

Singal #3 +10 pts, this one here if system followed correctly shoudl have netted +26 points

Not a bad day on the sim...... 1 trade coulda been stoped out on if I didnt jump out when I did... but the other 2 would nto have hit the stops......
 
Here are my es trades for today. Keep in mind I always have to place my orders a tick or 2 ahead because of fills. So most entries were actually the extreme tick of the bar. Just need to work on holdin runners...

I had planned to paper trade all this week. The only day I got to do that was on monday, the rest of the week been at the hospital because my mom had to have unexpected bypass surgery, which everything went well with.

So, I plan to paper trade hopefully next week and get some consitancy before going back with real money.
