From $60K to $600K

I have a small NDX bearish fly with a few hundred in risk and an AGN long diagonal on the AbbVie deal. No significant risk.

New equity high. 7% gain on account from inception of journal. $1,363 on the day. Arb is gone.

Looking to buy an AGN diagonal into the deal, but no liquidity.

Edit: I had gone flat by the time that I did the screen cap. $1,050 gained in taxable which skews YTD gain of $418,662 and %gain.

I walk out with my CoQ10 and fish oil.

What do you use the coq10 for? I added it to my vitamin regimen because I saw you post it and my family also has a history of heart problems, thought it couldnt hurt. Noticed it gave me a little bit of energy too.

It's amazing. Take 800mg/day at waking with fish oil.

Tripped on a bumper plate at one end of the oly bar and landed on the bumper plate on the other end of the bar. Was leaving tomorrow but canceled plans. Three hours waiting for the surgeon. He was good. He says nearly a pint of blood in my hair and clothes. 12 stitches. Nurse got sick.

We all have our senior moment. I had 15 stitches on my right eyebrow a few years ago after falling down a stairs. My glasses cut the eyebrow but saved my eyes.

It is easy to forget we are not youngsters anymore.

That has NOTHING to do with being older. If you fall down some stairs when you are 10YO, you'd prolly' break MORE bones, because you don't have the bone and muscle density to survive that fall as well as your older self would.

As for dest keeping one alive in the basement? Sure. The best thinkers need lots of raw meat. Feeds the brain. And it's cheeper than ground chuck prices. (Which is gouging I tell you. Look at LE prices, no compared with a year ago. Why the hell is grocery beef a buck higher per pound at this time? It is literally bullshit, heh. (Sorry, a thrusty missive.))
