Called the Amex myself because I couldn't find anything anywhere. They said they have SEC/OCC approval, but are waiting on approval for the disclosure to trade them. Supposedly it was supposed to be done on 3/31, so its in the "any day now" stage.

I'll look for a link, but I assume these will be listed on some large-volume street tickers? AMEX index series?
