Btw, does anyone really think the panic in Tokyo was due to 'daytraders getting margin calls' when their livedoor shares went down? and what is with this unison of "analysts" calling to buy that dip??
I see volume is quite healthy but I see we will have another major downtrend soon. Many companies like MSFT, TXN, ALTR,INTC,.... have good earnings but miss the revenue. GDP is down.Oil is up,......Buy but be on guard.
Weak earnings have been already priced in; gdp numbers obviously justify that, so no surprise mkt didn't give a damn. Now the odds are in favour of a consistent qt to come, and who cares if msft and the likes report weak revenue....
