Freshman Congressman Luke Letlow Dead of Covid.

As outlined by the Washington Post, he regularly did not wear a mask while meeting with crowds of non-socially distanced maskless people indoors while on the campaign trail. Does this sad result of his actions surprise anyone?

So is your takeaway that wearing a mask is a 100 percent guarantee of safe passage from Covid? We know it is not. There are thousands and tens of thousands who are dying that doing everything right, following all protocols. Can a mask provide some limited safety? Of course. Is it the end and and be all that it's being sold as? Absolutely not.
As in everything, every single aspect of life, you can do it all right and still have it all go bad. The only reason, the single reason any of you give a shit about this guys death is to drive a political narrative. Sad, really sad.

Was it wise for him to meet indoors with crowds of non-socially distanced people who wore no masks? This was a preventable tragedy. His entire campaign was about driving a Trump political narrative and this is the sad result.
