I guess you have not read any of my rather libertarian policies. Way to stay informed. I am for legalization of drugs, especially marijuana, and have many posts that say so, gambling, most certainly should be legal, and people can shop on Black Friday if they want.

Now.. as a libertarian you feel that weed and Oxycontin and other powerful opiates are the same thing and should be sold to anyone who wants them? I don't think you do in reality do you?

I enjoy it when reality hits a libertarian. I guess that is why they love weed, to melt away the memories of upsetting truths.

I'm in my later 40s and got out of gaming due in my late 20s. The last game I remember playing much was Goldeneye, child to care for and usual growing up. I used to develop a VR first person platform, in VRML spaces all day. One day driving home with the kid in the back I found myself focused on leaves on some trees thinking the shading was really well done. Reality hit me over the face with no, those are real trees, you are in a real car with a child. So I quit the games after work, I'm a demon at scalping mind you

I am not sure what your argument is. Oxycontin is a schedule 2 drug while marijuana is a schedule 1 drug. Does that make sense to you? According to Big Government Oxycontin is a safer drug then marijuana. For 8 years Obama's FDA made this case, and you agreed with it. I didnt buy it then, I dont buy it now.

I'm not obsessed with age just you come across as 80 IQ on a good day and I'm not convinced you are not in your 70s with significant mental deterioration. You write with capital letters which is better than a lot of the right however you just pivot and pivot to nothing.

If there actually is someone at home that is interesting to learn.

I am not blaming Nixon the simple reality is that the overlap between Republican and Democrat on social policy issues was very large until around the 1980s.

I actually grew up quite conservative (my mom was anyway) just I absolutely loath what the party became under Newt Gingrich et. all Republican Revolution, Revolution of '94, or Gingrich Revolution etc. When the conservatives switched to a one party, one message propaganda machine it became unacceptable.

In 2019 the MAJORITY of people who vote Democrat are not 'liberals', 54% would not call themselves liberal. I suspect that much of the 46% don't actually know what liberal means mind you, same with the Republicans.

Now as I understand it the Controlled Substances act was passed in 1970 so that is then the "drug schedules" you discuss came into being. I also know that in the US the first act to take control of drugs was in 1906, the pure food and drugs act.

So do us all a favour and explain " do you even understand why they have drug schedules? " because we can't read your mind.
