For this to be true, the FBI under Holder.. F*cking Holder..
..will have to seize about $1bb in customer funds that were fraudulently conveyed to JP Morgan.

That is the only angle they can take to recover those funds: Fraudulent conveyance. And JP Morgan will fight it...

More than that, Holder will never go after his buddy Corzine. There is no appearance of justice in this country.
 
Perhaps, but I prefer this kind of headlines. It has the effect of officializing the fact that they know what is owed to customers and where it is.
