Free Web-based TA Stock Fetcher?

I found a site called StockFetcher.com, looks pretty good, but I am wondering if there is something better. I googled and so far, this looks like the best screener that I can find based on technical analysis indicator screening. Does anyone know of something better?

Unless it has changed it is $7 per month. Using it for a few months is hardly going to break the bank. I doubt that you will find a free site with the same capabilities.
