You don't get it. Government will NEVER be efficient. There are TOO many regulations on business. Government is by definition has a job of taking away freedoms and making business more difficult. It will never change. It can only be controlled by making it as small as needed which is a fraction of what it is now. Government spending is 25% of GDP which is the highest since WWII.
