btw-what i would appreciate is that if IB, instead of adding more and more useless shit ..if IB would add milliseconds to T&S time field. that would make some sense for active trader in this HFT world

Their data is just snapshots. You wouldn't be getting all the information anyway, in fact I am guessing you would be missing a good percentage.
