Look I'm not here for anyone's pity, sympaty or money. I made an offer of mentoring about a month and a half ago and two things happen. First way more people wanted to take it than I thought would want to, and second I discovered I'd need to have a new surgery which has had its own further complications. I am sincere in my offer to help a group of people and unless god throws a lightening bolt at me while I'm on the green it will happen. Brandonfredrickson.com is a site which anyone can see was purchased in I think 2003 and has not been updated in at least 2 or 3 years except to renew the name (my own name). My motive for being on ET is not to make money from a chatroom, mentoring, newsletters etc. My motive is mostly just to keep myself engaged in something that I love (markets/teaching) and away from feeling pityful about myself due to my situation (dumped(This was prior to the discovery of illness) and with a life threatening disease) If at some point my motive changes and I'd like to make money off the memebers of ET I will do what I've done in the past when that was my intent and tell Baron. I was, to my knowledge, the first vendor, to come on ET and stay on or a solid amount of time, I stayed becaused it worked very well then and I assume it would not have changed in the last few years)

The Blackchip malady aside, the point was the site looked open for business, and that usually draws freeloader and shill complaints. There are a number of sponsors (like Ruggiero) who pay handsomely for presentation of their wares and services, and they have an exclusive right to publishing their website, and others sohuld not have this right.
Many of your posts reflect a profound grasp of the industry, and I am sure you can assist some in need of mentoring. We all hope your health finds its way back to normal.

I think TraderZones is just saying that the site (although the info is old) should reflect what is occurring now instead of containing old information.
For example, you can easily save your html files of your old site and then replace it with the free mentoring offer or just remove the old info which is then replaced by a message that the fee-based mentoring service is currently not available.
I can't imagine it taking more than a few minutes to replace/update the old information.
Thus, you could use your site as a information portal about your health status, free mentoring et cetera.
I can't imagine why the above suggestion would be a problem considering you are doing just that in this thread.
With that said, I've personally seen what cancer did to a close family member and best friend. You are a brave soul trying to take on so much additional work via the free mentoring offer...
Be careful not to let it become too much because a healthy mind has impact on the body.

I have a few thoughs on the state of Healthcare in America before I proceed again with the blog. Obviously I've been gone for some time. Today it is June 15th, I'm still in the Hospital, have been here since May 24th. On June 21st I had to have the lymph node between my leg and my crotch removed and it become infected first with strep, and then since I've been in the hospital I also contracted staff. Fun, fun! But, as much as people complain about Hospitals and insurance companies I've really not had a bad experiance with either of them. The doctors here have been great, and obviously care a great deal about about what they do. The nursing have been spectacular, and inspite of what Mike Moore would have everyone believe about Insurance companies mine (Blue Cross) has been great. Everything the doctors have wanted has been taken care of (7 MRI's, twice a day antibiotics that cost $800 each, 5 surgeries and over 3 weeks in the hospital) they have agreed to and paid for. I'm sure they regret taking me on as a client, but they have lived up to their end of the bargin in this particular case. Anyway, I should be out of the hospital sometime between between Monday and Wednesday. Hopefully all of my bad health karma has been taken care of now and we can start the mentoring soon. I will keep everything up to date here. In the mean time, I've been feeling suffeciently well, and bored, that I did a ton of research over the last three days, I'll start a thread here on ET later today presenting some short to intermediate term trading ideas as well as rational that will help in understanding what I do.
