Oh by the way, I have no problem with those who use indicators so you don't need to be afraid to say indicators rather than PA is what your methodology is based on.

Our software gives equal weighting to both.

I don't think there is anything wrong with what the OP is trying to do. Just because you don't like the idea doesn't make it fishy. He could be doing it for a ton of different reasons: maybe for passive income, maybe he is sick of trading, maybe teaching other traders makes him a better trader. Who knows.

When I got started in the biz I had a mentor and he made commission off of me. I didn't have a problem with it, because I learned how to trade.
