What a great way to restore confidence. Shit, why don't they just outlaw free markets and see how well that works?

They cannot possibly think this will work, that this will solve the Euro problems. Which suggests they think it's all gonna get flushed.

Doesn't Spain care if they chop a trillion off our markets? Who's coordinating this whole show? I thought governments would constantly be on the phone with each other.
 
I am just SHOCKED that this did not work. Obviously they did not pass enough laws to stop the evil speculators from trashing a sound economy. If an economy that is based on spending more than you make is not sound, then what is?

Stand by for another round of anti-evil-speculator laws.
