I guess from the lack of responses no one denies that Gain Capital is a fraud
or that you were not taken seriously...
Gain Capital is a fraud.
A few years ago I caught them trying to cheat me by manipulating my cost basis of multi-lot positions. They tried to give me a less-favorable cost basis thinking I wouldn't notice so they could pocket the difference. I hope they wind up bankrupt or in jail. Avoid them.
