Are you aware of Spydertraders theory on laterals, what is the current theory?
Great content baro. I think I need previous context to annotate example #2 correctly, but I gave the last one a go.
Also, I have no idea what Spyder's theory on laterals is, as I've never talked to him. I have completed the lateral differentiation drills posted by him though, and believe I understand how to nest laterals within the larger fractal correctly, as well as what events are required in order to use volume during active laterals to advance BBT sequences with each kind of lateral.

Here is my attempt to annotate Baro-san example 2. I have never been able to comprehend Spydertraders charts...the boxes around the formations are visual chaos to me. I have trouble distinguishing between the frames of his boxes and the actual bars. If they are different colors I cant tell. This is my best guess as to what is going on.

Regarding the taping and your questions on the example; you've done a good job asking questions and drawing some tentative conclusions. You don't require an answer from me or anyone else though. You can test them against the market every single day. There are so many subtle nuances that until the process of experimentation and differentiation becomes second nature, I don't think an individual can use this method with a high degree of accuracy. Once the fundamental principles are absorbed, this principle is really the one that matters [imo].
You're correct on my first lateral; I took a liberty with halting the lines at the beginning of the second lateral, but we wouldn't have known that in real-time. The top of the big red OB is my P1 for BBT 1. Regarding conditions for IV in my gaussian, it has to do with how the gaussians themselves nest. I didn't annotate the sub-fractal gaussians, but if you start to study volume and understand how they overlay on multiple levels you should see I put my IV of the R2R there for a reason. Good work so far.

Your annotations are looking a lot better in a short amount of time. Really drill down to the finest details and draw in/modify each bar-by-bar case trend-lines. Annotate the fastest gaussians you can see within FCs themselves for the entire day as well. This will give your mind a lot more information as you continue to work through areas that give you pause.
This BBT 1 isn't made of three equal sub-containers, which your medium-thick gaussians seem to depict. It is the result of an extended sub-fractal gaussian due to BBT 2 not meeting complexity requirements as discussed. This was the reason I didn't annotate a medium thickness full gaussian; just a B2B as shown in the original image.
Also, your subfractal skinny gaussian procedure might need some modification. You've annotated non-dominance where I see none at one point.
Lastly, good job on the fanning and adjustment procedures for points of the trends with respect to their fractals.
