You are picking local extreme points. This is discretionary. I do not see that it works good because too many points can be chosen. I doubt that it can be used effectively in trading without further analysis and more elements (from fractal).

It looks more like Hamas rockets path, rockets misfire, and Israel's Iron Dome at works.
