I'm very sorry to have befuddled you, let us review for clarification.
You have befuddled me one bit, I am enjoying your non-sequitur.
First you state: "Please show me which provision in ACA will lead to new taxes if those who enrolled didn't pay their premiums." your responce to the statement about fines and tax penalties on those not enrolled.
You do understand that this is a two step process?
After enrolling on the website or with a navigator, there is a second step where you make the payment and if you do not complete that, then you do not get insurance.
So I asked a simple question: "If you don't pay your premiums how can you be enrolled?"
Your reply was to ask the insurance companies and you provided a link.
I asked you to to ask the insurance companies because you are playing a semantics game and I hoped that you would waste their time instead of wasting mine.
The link you provided clearly states that those who fail to pay their premiums would be dropped and would be subject to the penalties.
Right, which is why my reply to Lucrum was absolutely correct.
So I asked YOU the question again. How is it possible to not be enrolled and not pay the fines and tax penalties as you implied. My facetious question about really wanting to know so as to save a bundle, was in the hope that you would see the fallacy of that position.
Except you got it completely wrong.
Lucrum was implying that if people didn't pay their premiums, the federal government will take care of that tab in the form of new taxes.
Except this won't happen as there is no provision in the ACA which pays the entirety of the premium for people and there are certainly no new taxes to do it either.
Apparently my tongue in cheek question was way over your head since your reply was a snide remark insinuating that I proposed some "loophole" and was thus a fool.
In the future, I'll try to remember not to asked you question, use big words, or assume you have the reading comprehension skills to interpret more than a line or two at one time.
You didn't use any big words, you asked a very basic question while reading the context of Lucrum's post wrong.
That's ok, shit happens.
