Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano said this morning that Republicans “over-promised and under-delivered” on the much-talked-about Nunes memo.
He told Sandra Smith on America’s Newsroom that he wants to see the Democratic memo too because he wants to know “who on that committee is spinning.”
“I think the Republicans over-promised and under-delivered with their memo,” he said. “We’ll see if the Democrats do the same thing.”
And as for President Trump‘s claim of vindication, Napolitano disagreed, saying, “That’s the President being the President.”
He warned that Trump shouldn’t have this “false sense of confidence.”
