Therefore it is logical to assume that an expenditure like universal healthcare can be fully funded without raising the deficit, if other budget variables are adjusted accordingly. In fact, the deficit could be shrinking while you are spending more on healthcare, if other expenditures are cut even more. There should be no objections to that, since so many of you want smaller government.
