Did Ron Paul Supporters Cross the Line?

The town clerk of Sutton, New Hampshire incurred the wrath of Ron Paul supporters following last week's primary election. Jennifer Call tells the Concord Monitor she somehow ended up recording that Paul received no votes in her town out of the 920 cast. But by the next morning the mistake had been fixed, and Paul received credit for 31 votes.
Call says over the next few hours she received about 40 calls from Paul supporters. Some falsely claimed they were media looking into a story about voter fraud. Others yelled she had committed treason. One said she should be shot. She also received enough calls at home that she locked her doors, unhooked her answering machine and requested an unlisted number.
Of her experience with Paul supporters,
Call says â
"most of these people are not rational."

Heck, I could have told Ms. call that...

Quote from Cache Landing:
There are those of us who think Paul is spreading a good message and would love to support such a message on rational terms. Unfortunately for RP, his cult worshipers are the ones screaming in the streets and getting all the attention. Most people don't realize that he has intelligent rational support on the basis of his platform.
Too bad these radicals don't realize the harm they are causing to his campaign.

You notice that Paul doesn't say anything about the fanatics. He doesn't condemn the practices, the extreme right wingers who are among his most ardent fans, the Internet spamming of polls, etc.
I was reading some comments from Libertarians who are slowly beginning to distance themselves from Paul (not from Paul's genuine Libertarian ideas) because of the crazies and the negative perception it brings to their cause of Libertarianism.
The Paulites won't hear it, and they do not want to read it, but there is a growing dissent among the rational Libertarians when the see the freak show that has become the RuPaul movement.

A lawyer might well give in for lack of evidence at the time, and at the same time by planning the appeal process after further evidence is gathered.
GW doesn't actually become President for a second term until the electoral college vote.
Were evidence to arise that clearly demonstrated Kerry won the election, he would become the next president despite what results were first published of the vote.
Kerry did the right thing by quickly conceding, even if he has great suspicions about the election.
It would only be evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that would now discredit the votes counted thus far.
He would have to prove fraud, which while possible, or maybe even probable, is still just a theory at this point.
He is wise not to float or support theories.
That is the job of underlings.
Just as Bush didn't publicly support the swiftees, you know that behind the scenes he and Rove were approving of, if not orchestrating everything.
