Fox making last minute overtures to settle Dominion lawsuit

There is a lot more to come. This Dominion suit against Fox News is just the first step. It's clear benefit is that the legal discovery uncovered a large amount of information proving the defamation against voting machine companies -- even information involving other parties currently being sued.

It seems that Dominion should reimburse the taxpayers from their award

The $787 million defamation settlement Fox News reached with Dominion Voting Systems this week may end up leaving the right-wing news giant with a bloody nose instead of the sucking chest wound that its legion of haters were rooting for.

The network is going to be able to claw back as much as $213 million of the settlement through tax write-offs, Lever News reported Tuesday.

You know... Congress could create a law disallowing these write-offs for FOX. You know... so the taxpayers do not have to pay for the upholding of democracy.

Let's see the GOP get behind this.
