Steele was doing the campaign research, he found criminality and went to the FBI - that's what you are supposed to do. FBI is supposed to investigate criminality, when they opened an investigation into Clinton Foundation based on a book by Breitbart's editor, did you cry foul?
I'm not gonna sit here and let you lie about the Steele dossier to our faces.
The dossier was made up mainly by Sidney Blumenthal and his long time side kick Cody Shearer, whose reputations were not shining enough to have their fiction influence the FBI. So they roped Steele into the scheme, who gladly lent his reputation to the story, to alleviate his own Trump Derangement Syndrome, which makes people say and do stupid things on account of unmitigated hatred. With Steele's reputation with the FBI, the dossier was sugar-coated just enough for partisan agents to turn a blind eye, and carry the lies into court to get a warrant to spy.
That's because you won't admit you lied when you said this about me:
Good1 lied again, Carter Page was not part of Trump's campaign in October 2016, he had resigned a month earlier, not forgetting that he bragged about being advisor to the Kremlin prior to that.
I never said C. Page was a part of Trump's campaign. You refused to show any evidence i had, and started talking about your (il)logical conclusions instead.
What was the lie about Page in the dossier?
Be specific.
So the big lie about C. Page is he was coordinating collusion between Trump and the Kremlin.
But recently, on TV, he told George Stephanopoulus that he had never met Trump, and had never spoken to Trump, either in person, or through any device.
Your big lie about C. Page is he was caught wrong-doing in an FBI sting, and had to spill his guts. But Page had not done anything wrong, and offered his services to the FBI willingly, over a long enough period of time to be referenced as an employee of the FBI in a case brought against Russian spies.
The FBI's big lie about Page is he was part of the campaign, and dirty enough that he needed to be wire-tapped.
And why didn't you quote rest of my post but you keep lying about the POTUS quote.
I can't keep up with your word count, a tactic you employ, to distract from the focus of a thread, and waste as many man hours as possible so as to win by attrition. So i stay focused, which means i can't quote everything you lie about.
Didn't I explain to you that the dossier was given to the FBI AFTER those texts in question and BEFORE Carter Page's October warrant? Do you not understand that September 2nd comes BEFORE September 14 and October 26?
This is not related to the original focus, which is that you lied about me saying Carter Page was part of Trump's campaign.
Still, I'm not going to sit here and let you lie about when the spying began.
They were spying on September 2. When they realized Trump might win, they also realized they needed to figure out how to justify the spying that had been going on. So they roped C. Page into a fictional scenario, boosted it with the dossier, and got a warrant hoping that it would function retroactively, to cover the spying they had been doing already.
