She's complaining that a man took her spot in a contest specifically designated for women. Sounds to me like you're suggesting we just eliminate male and female categories and simply give the spots to the fastest, strongest, whatever, which leads to zero women in sports. Also leads to fewer women in everything else. Biden to the ladies, sorry girls, we can't find a qualified woman so we're giving the job to a mentally Ill man who dresses like a woman. Sorry ladies, woman of the year is now awarded to guys who pretend to be women. Yep, there's a war on women alright and it's being waged, unsurprisingly, by the lunatic left.
I'm all far lgqt people having the same rights as heteros but biological men competing against biological women ain't right imo.They should start a trans category so trans can compete against other trans.
There's are simple reasons they don't do that. Nobody who cares anything about sports would watch, and more importantly, the political narrative would not be helped, and that is all important. Maybe if those who worship at the alter of science actually believed in science we could just all acknowledge that there is such as thing as men being different from women in some instances, and one can't just decide to be different from what the biology says. We might also try to educate people that gender and biological sex are two entirely different things and gender identity does not trump actual biology.
There is the "Gay Olympics" since 1982 (San Francisco was the inaugural gay Olympic games). It's for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) athletes.

A friend of mine in the U.S. has a daughter that's a lesbian...she's one of the top lesbian rowers in the world and will most likely be competing in her first Gay Olympics in November 2022 after an injury prevented her from making the regular Olympic team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Eh... There's many variables. Archery, bowling, shooting? Contact sports I agree. Other physical sports, I honestly don't care. Even there it's a crapshoot, at what age did they transition? What's the allowable test limit? if lowered, do we start excluding African athletes with naturally high test....etc
For a bit, it would attract the curiosity seekers and those watching just for the laughs, but I suspect that would fade pretty quick. If the networks thought there was any money in it we'd already be seeing it. I do agree that would be a solution to the problem, but sports are driven by money and now political narratives.
