The final accounting is due May 30. I hope that is still the case.

i thought tuco already agreed to the punishment and agreed to all the findings? on the appeal you linked it says nothing on why there's a complaint filed or for what?
I felt like putting in my knowledge of the situation.
Doug Frederick has hired an attorney who offered to take on the case pro bono because of the illegalities that the SEC has undertaken in this case. Doug originally consented to the SEC findings only because they had him by the nuts and to fight the case would have almost cost millions. Doug did not seek out an attorney and at the point of our last conversation he was considering on whether or not taking on the pro bono attorney to fight this whole fiasco. Let me state one more time for the record. Doug Frederick DID NOT STEAL ANY MONEY FROM ANYONE! The SEC accused him of some very vicious things that not only ruined his reputation but as you can imagine had considerable ramifications in his personal life. Doug is a stand up guy. He will be seen as such. Thomas Lennon however is a scum sucking dirtbag. He is actually the scum that grows on scum...... This man wont return phone calls and when he does, if he senses any anger he will have his lawyer call you. Now what does that tell you about someone who is "looking out for our best interest." I hope Doug and his attorney get recievership. Doug could wrap this whole thing up in a matter of weeks. Thomas Lennon could not fight his way out of gay bar surrounded by harry transvestite mexican midgets. The guy is a total tool and he is simply using the Tuco money as his own piggy bank. By the way his rate is , $200 per hour, according to his attorney. He is currently arguing with Penson about 250k in losses that were due to errors at penson that they do not want to pay. he is also trying to resolve problems at GLB with trading rebates. This should take weeks, not months. Like I said, Doug is a stand up guy and if he can get the recievership this thing would be wrapped up in weeks. crossing my fingers here.......
