former Tuco traders

Can't blame him for speculating. Mr. Lennon is not giving any updates at all.

We all know you monitor this Mr. Lennon, so how about some details of either where you are in the process of closing the case or if that really is you pciking up chicks in the new porche.

from that site i see the company went into receivership march 1, 2006, and for the period of april-nov 07 lennon is taking 180k in fees, another person 180k, and another company over 350k! Wow!

from that site :

Please be considerate of other investors -- voicemails, emails and faxes with questions that are covered by the instructions and FAQs cause unnecessary administrative expense and delay the Receiver's ability to respond to other investor inquiries.

Everytime you ask a question about your money, you get less money! Wow again!

12DailyPro- That name should ring a bell for many here on ET... There was a long thread here a couple years back, all about investing in 12DP and other so-called HYIP's (High Yield Investment Programs).

For those who are interested, I've just found a photo of Mr. Lennon and a couple of his associates, engaging in their typical work-day:

12 daily pro was involved in something called auto surfing. It was the biggest ponzi scam in history and tons made millions. Auto surfing is basically getting paid to read adds. I had a friend who made huge $'s with a auto surfing monitoring site. He rated all the auto surfing sites and sold advertising on his site. Some of these gigs were paying 10% in 2 weeks with ponzi scams and if you got in early before it collapsed you could make $.

The biggest ponzi scheme in history? No way, man. That title has to go to the stock exchange.
