Unless Tuco's lawyer use to work for the SEC or Justice dept, forget about it already. All the hitters that get into trouble in this businees hire a former justice lawyer or SEC. Plain and simple.

Out of curiosity how do you know what the guy looks like? How do you know it was him?
Looking for a little background as this was mentioned likely to infuriate traders knowing that their money is buying the guy a porsche.
