The logical guess would be Cruz, which kind of makes it deniably defamatory to leak in the first place if the details never emerge.

So if these numbers are accurate and widely available via your link, why is there not a huge uproar over them by anyone in the media? Surely the media isn't out to protect Ted Cruz, etc.

Why even bother with the judge? You believe this is one big conspiracy to protect Ted Cruz? Really?

The reality is that incoming and outgoing phone numbers prove little. Did she return the call to the Senator to arrange a "date" or to follow-up on legislation that she was lobbying for?

The financial transaction information and date log that is subject to the court decision are of much more material interest to any group that wants to take down a candidate.

Yet, you can't deny whose numbers are in the call log.

I hope Cruz enjoyed his "gang-bang of five".
