Form 6781 - Part 2 - Straddles with more than two legs

Hi All,

An elementary question. Sorry if it is covered. A little urgent for me - for oct 15 deadline and I am just realizing the tax implications of some of me trades.

I need to fill part 2 of form 6781 for straddle by straddle identification. I have fairly complex trades, - Iron condors, Butterflies, condors etc which have more two legs.
The space provided is only two rows.

Question is how do I report it ? Attach a separate printout from an Excel Sheet ?
Will taxact or turbo tax software do this automatically for me ?
